Late arrivals

If you are late to your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure we can begin the following appointment on time.

Cancelling appointments

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. If you are not able to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge you a fee of CHF 100 to cover our expenses
